トランスミッション内部のクラッチパックのアウトプットシャフトとボールベアリングを固定するスナップリングを組み忘れたまま車載したものがあり、車載の際アウトプットシャフトが押し込まれ、クラッチパック内部のクリアランスが無くなる場合がある。そのため、部品同士が擦れ摩耗粉が発生し、油圧回路が目詰まりし、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、トランスミッションが作動不良を起こし、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。
Remedy
Inspect all vehicles for snap ring assembly presence. If missing, check the output shaft compression amount. If within specification, install only the snap ring. If exceeding specification, replace the clutch pack with a new unit.
