Hazard

The fuel pressure sensor attached to the engine fuel supply rail may be insufficiently tightened, and engine vibration and similar factors can cause the fastening to loosen. This can result in fuel leakage along the threaded mounting portion of the fuel pressure sensor.

Remedy

Inspect all vehicles for fuel leakage at the fuel pressure sensor mounting point. For vehicles with no leakage, re-tighten the sensor to the specified torque. For vehicles with leakage, replace the mounting gasket with a new one and tighten the sensor to the specified torque.
