駐車ブレーキケーブルのセンターブレーキ側ケーブルエンド（センターブレーキレバーとの接続固定用ケーブル先端部の金具）の形状が不適切なため、ケーブルエンドがレバーの溝に斜めに嵌まるおそれがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用するとケーブル先端が屈曲、疲労切損し、最悪の場合、駐車時に制動力が確保できなくなるおそれがある。 本件は、平成１６年１０月７日付「届出番号１２５８」にてリコール届出を行ったものですが、対象車両の選定に一部誤りがあったため、対象車両を追加し、新たに届出するものです。
