In severe cold conditions, snow adhering to the piping freezes into ice blocks, which can impose significant loads on the nylon tubing. 後前軸の駐車ブレーキ（ホイールパーキングブレーキ）用エア配管（ナイロンチューブ）の取り回しが不適切なため、厳寒時、配管等に付着した雪が凍結して氷塊となり、ナイロンチューブに大きな荷重がかかることがある。そのため、ナイロンチューブが折損してエアが漏れ、走行中に駐車ブレーキが作動し、最悪の場合、後輪がロックするおそれがある。 （備考）本届出は平成１５年１０月３０日付け「届出番号９９４」でリコール届出したものですが、後前軸の対策が不十分であり不具合があったため、当該軸のみ再対策を行うものである。
