搭載している三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社製原動機において、燃料噴射装置の高圧燃料パイプを固定するクランプの構造が不適切なため、エンジン振動によりクランプボルトが緩み、当該クランプが脱落することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、高圧燃料パイプに亀裂が生じ、燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、エンジン停止、再始動不能に至るおそれがある。
Remedy
Replace all clamps secured by bolts with corrective parts. For clamps secured by nuts, apply adhesive to the threaded surface of the embedded bolts and tighten to specified torque. Replace any detached clamps or pipes with fuel leakage with new parts. Attach a caution plate with maintenance precautions to the top surface of the engine.
