原動機の排気弁駆動用カム軸製造時の加工不良により、当該排気弁駆動用カム軸に傷（油 穴用ボス（突起）部）が付いたものがあり、このままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場 合、排気弁駆動用カム軸が折損し、排気弁の開閉ができなくなり、原動機が停止し、再始 動できなくなるおそれがある。 （備考） 本届出は、平成５年２月４日「届出４０８」のリコール届出に新たに対象車を追加するも のである。
