駐車ブレーキを操作するバルブ(ハンドコントロールバルブ)に接続しているエアパイプと ラジエータの支持金具を取付けているボルトとの隙間が不適切なため、走行中に当該パイ プとボルトが干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると当該パイプに穴が 開いてエアが漏れ、最悪の場合、駐車ブレーキが予期せず作動するおそれがある。 （備考） 本件は平成１６年２月３日に届出を行ったものであるが、対象車両の選定に一部誤りがあ ることが判明したため、対象車両を訂正するものである（平成１６年２月１６日訂正届出 ）。
