エンジンのスロットルバルブの氷結防止用ヒータープレート（冷却水還流式）の製造工 程において、当該ヒータープレートの流路内に接着剤がはみ出したものがあり、このまま の状態で使用を続けると、はみ出した接着剤が剥離して流路を塞ぎ、ヒータープレートの 機能が低下するため、外気温度が極めて低い気象条件下でエンジンを始動した場合、ブロ ーバイガスに含まれている水分がスロットルバルブ内で氷結し、アクセルペダルを離して もエンジン回転が下がらなくなるおそれがある。
