In the motor control unit, due to an improper tightening method for the current-carrying plate mounting bolts inside the battery charger, some units have insufficient contact pressure between the current-carrying plate and the high-voltage terminal. If the current-carrying plate moves due to driving vibration, contact resistance at that part may increase and generate heat, causing poor continuity. This illuminates the power system warning light and activates control that stops drive motor output, potentially resulting in loss of propulsion.
