① In the fuel cell stack, the waterproofing treatment of the cooling water passages in the end unit is inadequate, resulting in insufficient sealant filling in some units. This reduces the sealing integrity of the cooling water passages, causing coolant leakage and illumination of the power system warning light. Continued operation may result in reduced fuel cell output, poor acceleration, and in the worst case, generation stoppage with the unable-to-continue-driving warning light illuminated, rendering the vehicle inoperable. ② In the fuel cell stack, the inspection process for cooling water joints is insufficient, resulting in inadequate sealing in some cooling water joint holder sections. This causes coolant leakage from the holder section, illumination of the power system warning light, and with continued operation, reduced fuel cell output, poor acceleration, and in the worst case, generation stoppage with the unable-to-continue-driving warning light illuminated, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
