Sealing bolts installed in the engine lower case have improperly formed threads due to inadequate inspection fixture management and molding procedures, resulting in degraded sealing performance when tightened. Continued use may cause engine oil leakage, with leaked oil adhering to the exhaust pipe and smoking. In the worst case, oil may contact the rear wheel tire, creating a risk of loss of control.
