オートマチックトランスミッションにおいて、リードフレーム内の電気基板の半田付けが不適切なため、熱影響により亀裂が生じ、走行中に車速信号がＰＣＭ（パワートレーンコントロールモジュール）に送信されない事がある。 また、ＰＣＭのプログラムが送信されない場合、１速ギアに変速する。そのため、高速走行中に車速信号がＰＣＭに送信されないとギアが１速に入り、車両が急減速して走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。
